Questions
Is it free?
Yes: organising applications, following companies, the calendar and the CV builder are free. AI features use credits; the Free plan includes 10 a month. During the beta, access is by invitation and payments aren't live yet.
Does the AI make things up?
It is instructed to use only your CV, your profile and the job ad, and to show the words it relies on. It can still be wrong, so every result is labelled as AI and meant to be checked — and you decide what you send.
Where is my data, and who sees it?
In the EU (Frankfurt), private to your account. Text goes to the AI provider only when you click an AI button. No ads, no tracking, and you can export or delete everything. Details are in the privacy notice.
Which countries and languages?
The app is in English and works for any country. CVs and letters can be written in English, Dutch, Portuguese, Spanish, German or French, and company research follows the country you want to work in.
Does Jobvante apply for jobs for me?
No. It helps you choose, prepare and follow up; you always apply yourself, through the employer's own ad.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time. A paid plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
